ABOUT

At a young age I had a strong interest in interior design. I have always been intrigued by how layouts of a space could either solve or create problems for the public/residents using the space. Inspired by this passion I decided to pursue an education in Interior Design. I attended Missouri State University’s interior design program for a year. Although I loved the school, I realized to fully develop myself as a designer I needed to attend a CIDA accredited program. I ended up transferring to Illinois State University.

 

I have just graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree.  I have been recognized for my motivation and my strong ability to work well under pressure. During my studies I have become proficient in multiple design computer programs including Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe InDesign and Photoshop. Also, during my studies, I have realized I learn new design programs quickly.

 

During my time at Illinois State, I found my passion to bring innovation and ingenuity to the public by designing commercial spaces. I am extremely interested in the civic and educational design fields. I am eager to learn more about interior design in a professional setting. I am excited to see where this next chapter of my life will take me.
