Project Brief

This project is located Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. The scope of this project was to create a First Furniture Plan include outdoor space, Second floor Furniture Plan, First Floor T&E and Lighting plan, Conceptual boards, and two rooms done in sketchup.

 

At the core of the design concept for this bungalow was to create a modern Balinese style the clients prefer. To bring natural elements into the design  wood was used on the stair treads and walls, a water feature that runs down each floor, and plants were used throughout the design. A glass atrium is consolidated within the staircase.Each floor is an open concept to keep with the modern feel, while keeping the bedrooms private.
