This project is located in Culver City, CA. The project was to remodel an entire home for a real life client, in which she would take the designs to an interior designer to carry out the remodel. The client wanted a Scandinavian farm house feel while keeping the home light and airy. Her requests included and open floor plan, adding a bathroom, a home office, to keep two bedrooms in the home, and a black and gold kitchen. The project’s budget was $150,000. The back and front porch on the house were inclosed and never permitted. Research was done for local codes to permit those spaces to be ale to use in the remodel.
